This is a set of steel M4 size hexagonal flat head screws that are ideal for the front of Tamiya C-cars. (The standard kit is a Phillips head screw)
Not only does this improve maintainability, but it also increases the rigidity of the front.
By shortening the standard length of 42mm to 40mm, it becomes flush with the top surface of the nut, resulting in a stylish finish.
