The affordable 4-car set, '223 Series 2000 Subseries (2nd Batch) 'Shin-Kaisai'', was released as a Best Selection Package. Accurately expresses the differences between the first and second batches.

When combining the first and second batches into a full set, you can enjoy the differences in window glass color and display (the difference between magsign and LED). Includes a coupler cover. Destination display installed (at shipment, 'Shin-Kaisai' and 'Himeji' trains were already installed).

You can exchange for your preferred destination with the separately sold destination display set. Vehicle number, door switches, and mild air conditioning display are displayed on the vehicle body. Head/tail lights illuminated (with off switch): Destination display and operation number display on the front of the lead car. The driver's seat in the lead car was made see-through.
